CMM Programmer

General Description:

CMM Programmer will write and edit programs for new and existing parts using PC-DMIS software.  Responsible for CMM room and training CMM operators.

Task:

-Program and Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines ( CMMs)

-Write and edit CMM programs for any part using PC-DMIS software

-Ensure CMMs are properly calibrated

-Provide direction to CMM Operators

-Oversee Critical Testing and Inspection Procedures

-Complete all Customer required Quality Plans

-Process, Assign, Validate Corrective Action Activities

-Assist in troubleshooting shop floor activities

-Assist in compliance to ISO standards and BTM procedures
